Everything is perfect - location (walking distance to metro / Vatican and lovely neighbourhood with lots of great restaurants), cleanliness (spotless), comfort (newly renovated, very spacious, extremely well equipped), authenticity (photos on the profile depict the place "as is"), hospitality (online house guide with local recommendations, greeted on arrival - even got invited to see an aerial view of Rome from the roof during sunset hours!!). I enjoyed every bit of this place and my experience of Rome was elevated because of it. Highly recommended!!”

The apartment
High above the Trionfale neighbourhood, Domus Aurea is a light-filled, newly renovated apartment for two on the seventh floor. Wake up to the rooftops of Rome, have an aperitivo on the balcony as the sun sets behind St. Peter's dome, and walk to the Vatican Museums in about five minutes.
The 55 m² apartment has a calm double bedroom with a desk, an open living and dining area with a sofa and smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
Below you is one of Rome's most authentic neighbourhoods: the great Trionfale covered market, neighbourhood trattorie and cafés, and metro line A a short walk away for the centre and the train to the airports.
